Delivery Policy
Preflight Research delivers due diligence reports in digital PDF format. Reports are delivered via the client portal at preflightresearch.com/portal. Standard reports are delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Urgent reports are delivered within 24 hours.
Delivery timelines begin when payment is confirmed and all required intake information has been submitted. If additional information is needed from the client, the delivery clock pauses until that information is received.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your due diligence report, we offer the following:
- Before research begins: Full refund if you cancel before we have commenced research (typically within 2 hours of submission).
- After delivery: If the report does not meet the scope described in your intake form, we will revise it at no additional cost. If after one revision you remain unsatisfied, we will refund 50% of the purchase price.
- Report not delivered on time: If we miss the stated delivery window (48 hours standard / 24 hours urgent) and you have not been notified of a delay, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the report is delivered. To cancel, email [email protected] with your submission ID. If research has already begun, the refund terms above apply.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions and retainers can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused reports in a subscription period are not refunded, but any report already in progress will be completed and delivered.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the permanent closure of your account.
